3. Pricing: Our pricing is based on the specific details of your infestation, including the size of the area to be treated, the severity of the infestation and the treatment option(s) used. Our service prices may change without notice.
4. Payment: Payment for our services is due before commencement of the service. We accept most Visa and Master and American Express Card payments, Apple and Google pay, Checks, Zelle and Cash payments.
5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee, plus any applicable card processing fees. Services cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus applicable card processing fees.
6. Limitation of Liability: Tristate Bedbug Dogs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tristate Bedbug Dogs from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of our terms and conditions.
